All of our Liten models are under 500 square feet, but with careful planning and efficient use of space and light, they feel more than double their size. These were designed for the conscious buyer who is looking for a streamlined, high-end home.
The 4 Liten models feature both 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom lofts, or a 1-bedroom, single floor home without a loft. Each model has 1 bathroom, washer and dryer, kitchen, dining area, and a generous and flexible living space perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or working.
Dvele Minis are intelligently designed to let as much natural light in as possible while still allowing privacy.
When our team was designing these models, they were inspired by their flexibility and by the ultimate potential afforded by a fully functional small space. You decide where to put them and how to configure them. These models work equally well on a beach, on a mountain, or in your own backyard as a guest house.
